Harvest Has Begun!

Harvest has begun and we sure see it all around the County! Our grapes have been coming into the winery for the past couple weeks. We are setting out a sample of grapes we are crushing in our tasting room. So stop by and take advantage of our complementary tasting and the rare ability to taste fruit right from the vine. The Merlot and Pinot Grigio grapes last week were amazing! We will be celebrating Harvest during the Paso Robles Wine Festival. See our events below:

Experience our new vintages straight out of the barrel. Gourmet cheese pairing with our reserve wines is a must try. Our Sylvester label wines will be on sale for an unbeatable price. Our Famous Saganaki fondue will be available while supplies last. Tommy Bahama sample sale & jewelry by local artist Anita Marie.

6pm-9pm : Harvest Feast

This gourmet feast, prepared by Italian Master Chef Walter Filippini, features Brioche with Lobster and Asparagus, Prime Rib, Roasted Karabuta Pork, Diced Veal with Sauvignon Blanc, Roasted Salmon in Puff Pastry, Shrimp with Pancetta, Traditional Raclette Fondue, Gnocchi Boscaiola, Polenta with Wild Mushrooms and an incredible selection of Italian Desserts. We are proud to once again have the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills present artisan cheeses. The Harvest Festival Dinner will be in our new Wine Park & Event Center. Please wear appropriate shoes for walking on grass.

$60/person or $50 for the FLOCK + tax, includes wine.
